In 2004 the idea for Eco Chic Weddings was born. As the Event Director for Martha Stewart, I designed + produced literally hundreds of weddings + events every year. I was very aware of how few ethical, thrifty, and chic wedding options there were. So when I started planning my own 2005 wedding, I got creative.
